Kalee and Brylee: A Day at the Spa!

We had a pretty relaxing week at home this week! I did get to try green beans for the first time and I think I am really going to like eating real food! I also spent some time admiring myself in the mirror this week and I must say, I crack myself up! I also have some top secret conversations with myself that no one but myself can understand! I have found two new obsessions this week that I absolutely cannot live without! Our pets and my feet! Every time the dogs or cat walk into the room I want to touch them and I love when the dog wrestle! My feet on the other hand are just short of amazing! I now ride in my stroller with my legs straight out and I hang onto my feet so they don't get away. It's pretty funny, but I heard eventually they are going to be really important! I had a day at mommy spa on Thursday and that was so relaxing! I love getting my lotion massages! I did devise and carry out my first escape plan this week as well. Mommy caught me in action but let me go just to see what exactly I was trying to do. I decided that sitting in my bouncy chair was not longer fun so... I scooted way down, turn to my stomach and scooted off and then I ever so gracefully land on the floor! There is nothing now that I cannot escape from! This week is going to be a fun but sad week as well. Daddy leaves for San Diego on Sunday and mommy, me, and the dogs are going to St. Charles. Then, on Thursday mommy is going to fly out to meet up with daddy and I get to stay with grandpa and grandma Mayhew! I am really excited about all of the fun I am going to have, but I am sure afraid I am going to miss mommy and daddy like crazy. I know they are going to really miss me...but they come back Sunday and that will be a happy day! Daddy's 29 + 1 birthday is on Saturday and I sure hope he enjoys himself on the beach with mommy!
