Kalee and Brylee: 5 Months!

Happy 5 months! I am getting so big so fast! This week, I worked on crawling a little bit but I cannot for the life of me figure out what my arms are supposed to do! I am really getting to be an old pro at sitting up and I am finding that I can actually entertain myself for quite awhile with all of my toys around me! This was my last week at home with mom for her summer break and we had a lot of fun together! I was a huge help when we went up to mommy's new school to set up her classroom. It is such an amazing place and her room is really starting to come together. We also did a few more things in preparation for their wedding. I had a play date with Lauren on Friday and we had a lot of fun laying on her activity mat and looking at the stars! There was once that we argued over a toy for awhile and we both got pretty upset so we had a short lesson on sharing! This weekend was very laid back and easy going, I love just being able to hang out with mom and dad and play with the puppies! We did have to lower my crib on Sunday because as you all know, I have an escape plan for everything that I do and getting out of my crib was getting pretty interesting to me! Now I am way down in my crib and won't be getting out of that any time soon! My new obsession is typing on the computer! I love standing up and writing emails to all of my friends! Well, it is back to the grind this week, but come Wednesday it will be party time once again because Grandma and Grandpa are coming to visit! Daddy is going out of town with Uncle Brent and Grandpa so it will be a girls weekend around here! Grandma is going to watch me on Thursday while mom gets to meet all of her new Kindergarten students! Sounds like I have a fun and busy week ahead of me, I hope everyone has a good one as well!
