Kalee and Brylee: Funny faces!

I had quite the eventful week this week! It was mom's first full week back to work with her kindergarten class so that meant I had a whole week at Jen's...well at least that was what the plan was. But instead, I ended up getting sick on Tuesday, so daddy stayed home with me on Wednesday. The doctor said that I just had a virus and that it would run it's course, but by Wednesday night mommy and daddy new there was more to it. We ended up at Children's Mercy that night and after quite a few hours, they determined that I had pneumonia in my right lung! I was one sick girl, but I was such a trooper though it all. Mommy stayed home with me on Thursday and I really started feeling better by Friday. I also gained a lot of personality this week as well. I am talking up a storm and making some of the finniest faces! I love playing on the floor and I can get on my hands and knees and rock but have not put it all together yet! This weekend was such a beautiful weekend and with me feeling better, we had a fun day outside! We went to a winery Saturday afternoon and had a very relaxing time enjoying the sunshine. That evening we went to Parkville where there was a little festival and walked around. We met Uncle Brent, Aunt Cortney, Cooper, and Ella down there along with some other friends. Sunday was a relaxing day at home and then we went to Uncle Brent's for dinner. We had such a great time together this weekend!
